My favorite achievement while at Gear Patrol was taking the lead in crafting Gear Patrol’s first two-day event, Stocked: A Product Culture Conference. There I worked with brands like Hill City, Dyson, Seiko, and Triumph, to build and publicize an authentic experience that spoke directly to product enthusiasts. This completely sold-out event was celebrated by both fans and brands alike. I was the lead on the entire event, but was also personally responsible for several key tasks. These tasks included: identifying and booking the venue, identifying and booking the keynote speaker, closing the deal with the title sponsor, and crafting all messaging for awareness and signage. I was also the primary liaison with the events team, the venue, the caterer, and each of the brands participating in the product showcase.
